Deliverables
#Maintaining database of the various vendors with details like contact
person, telephone numbers, escalation
matrix, response time and
resolution
time commitments etc.
#Logging calls with vendors.
#Coordinating with the vendors to get the problems resolved.
#Escalating problems, if required.
#Keeping track of the hardware and software maintenance contracts
entered
into
by client organization, with the various vendors.
#Analyzing the performance of the different vendors vis-à-vis their
maintenance
contract entered into with client organization.
