Disaster recovery and business continuity measures include duplication of machinery across multiple locations. The overall recovery plan is kept up to date. There is a mock exercise after regular interval and there are also project specific contingency plans with well defined roles and responsibilities.

Deliverables

• Maintaining database of the various vendors with details like contact person, telephone numbers, escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments etc.
• Logging calls with vendors.
• Coordinating with the vendors to get the problems resolved.
• Escalating problems, if required.
• Keeping track of the hardware and software maintenance contracts entered into by client organization, with the various vendors.
• Analyzing the performance of the different vendors vis-à-vis their maintenance contract entered into with client organization.
